Stir Fry - Chicken
Ingredients
| 2 | boneless chicken breasts |
| 2 | tbsp sesame oil |
| 1 | clove garlic, whole |
| 2 | green onions, slice lengthwise thin and cut into 2 inch pieces |
| 2 | tbsp ginger, grated fresh |
| 1/4 | tsp red pepper, flakes |
| 1/2 | cup WWW Chicken Stock(mix 1/2 tsp base with 4 oz of boiling water) |
| Salt | |
| Ground pepper, fresh | |
| 1/2 | cup roasted peanuts |
Directions
- Use a rolling pin to flatten chicken breast between sheets of waxed paper.
- Cut chicken breast into 1" wide strips. In a wok or large saute pan, warm sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic clove and chicken; saute chicken, turning until it becomes golden, about 1 minute on each side.
- Add green onions, pepper flakes and ginger. Saute 1-2 minutes. Add WWW Chicken Stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Discard garlic. Transfer to a warm platter, pouring any remaining liquid over the top. Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve with rice.
