Stir Fry - Chicken
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, whole
2 green onions, slice lengthwise thin and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 tbsp ginger, grated fresh
1/4 tsp red pepper, flakes
1/2 cup WWW Chicken Stock(mix 1/2 tsp base with 4 oz of boiling water)
Salt
Ground pepper, fresh
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Directions
  • Use a rolling pin to flatten chicken breast between sheets of waxed paper.
  • Cut chicken breast into 1" wide strips. In a wok or large saute pan, warm sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add garlic clove and chicken; saute chicken, turning until it becomes golden, about 1 minute on each side.
  • Add green onions, pepper flakes and ginger. Saute 1-2 minutes. Add WWW Chicken Stock and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Discard garlic. Transfer to a warm platter, pouring any remaining liquid over the top. Garnish with roasted peanuts and serve with rice.
